Zac originally sold the site to our investment group for $7.3 million in 2017 in an off-market transaction. With JDC’s help, we were able to reposition the asset by executing a new lease agreement with our largest tenant of 6,500sqm and get a DA approval for an additional 6,500sqm warehouse at the rear of the allotment.
